We are Resuming Full-Time Scheduling Hours
Precaution Procedures in Place
We are pleased to announce that effective Monday, May 11, we will resume our normal patient care scheduling hours. The health and safety of our patients, employees and our healthcare community continues to be our highest concern.
We are maintaining several procedures, including:
- Office visits by appointment.
- MPI staff will be wearing proper PPE.
- You may wear your own mask and we will have hand sanitizer available for patients upon arrival.
- We will continue to clean and disinfect our patient center, especially in high-touch areas and in between patients.
This remains a difficult period for all of us, as the health and safety of our patients and their families, employees, healthcare partners, and community is most important in all we do. Fortunately, we can keep working while still promoting social distancing and safe behavior. We look forward to continuing to serve you.

COVID-19: Our Pledge To Our Patients
Thank you for allowing our dedicated team to provide you with the necessary prosthetic care. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to impact all aspects of our lives, be confident your health and welfare remain our primary interest.
We are regularly checking for updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). With this information, we are executing strategies at our location to offer secure patient settings.
As part of our campaign to provide safe environments, we are carrying out the following:
- Requiring staff to implement protective methods suggested by the CDC to help eliminate the spread of the virus, including washing hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, avoiding interaction with those who are ill, and remaining home if sick.
- Delivered staff training as it relates to specifics on the virus, bolstering the cleaning practices at our locations, enhanced direction on personal protective care, and directives on conveying a COVID-19 exposure.
- Corresponding with patients through different means to safeguard rescheduling of an appointment if patients…
- have a fever, cough, and/or difficulty breathing.
- have traveled to or had close contact with someone who has traveled to high risk countries.
- have tested positive for or been exposed to someone with COVID-19.
If you are scheduled to visit us and match one of the three categories referenced above, please defer your appointment for 14 or more days, which will provide the necessary time to evaluate repercussions that may develop from your symptoms or possible exposure to the virus.
